STATE DIRECTOR TROY SANDERS
Troy is the Indiana baseball and softball director. He got involved with Future Stars after being a very successful travel ball coach that appeared in 3 World Series and the overall ranked number 1 team in Indiana at one point. Troy works at Ford Motor Co. in Louisville, Kentucky. He is happily married, has 5 kids, and has 3 grandchildren. He strives to run a quality tourney and picked up some things he liked and didn't like as a coach along the way.
​Assistant State Director TJ SANDERS
TJ is the Indiana Assistant baseball and softball director. He got involved with Future Stars through his father Troy running tourneys. He started out as an umpire and expanded from there learning the ropes. TJ is a graduate of Earlham College where he also played 4 years of football. TJ enjoys putting on tourneys because as a kid the tourneys he played in are some of his greatest memories and he wants to give that chance to kids today.
